By accessing or using Suryamarg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. For Customers

Suryamarg provides a free service to connect homeowners with solar installers. We do not guarantee specific pricing, timelines, or outcomes. All contracts for installation are between you and the vendor directly. We are not a party to those agreements.

3. For Vendors

Vendors must provide accurate information during registration. Lead fees are non-refundable once a lead has been delivered. Vendors must not misrepresent their services to customers. Suryamarg reserves the right to suspend vendors who receive repeated negative reviews or complaints.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to circumvent our lead system
• Contacting customers outside of the platform for non-solar purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

Suryamarg is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of solar installations performed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
